Tyver Review 2026: Facebook Ad Spy Tool (Tested 8 Weeks)

Tyver Review

If you run Facebook ads and want to know what your competitors are doing, you need a good ad spy tool.

Tyver is a Meta ads spy tool that has been gaining serious traction among media buyers and affiliate marketers in 2026. We got our hands on it, tested it across multiple verticals, and ran it hard for weeks.

After spying on thousands of Facebook ad creatives, we are confident enough to give you an honest, no-fluff verdict.

In this Tyver review, we cover every feature, share our real experience, and tell you exactly where it shines and where it falls short.

Ninja Score Card πŸ₯·

Before we get into details, here is our Ninja Score for Tyver based on real usage and testing across campaigns.

CategoryNinja Score (Out of 10)
Database Size & Freshness9.5
Filter Quality9.0
User Interface8.5
Pricing & Value9.0
Team Features8.5
Meta Platform Coverage9.0
Overall Ninja Score8.9 / 10 ⭐

Tyver scored high in nearly every category we tested. A few areas like landing page tools and non-EU ad statistics need improvement. But for pure Facebook ad intelligence, it performs better than most competitors in 2026.

What is Tyver?

Tyver

Tyver is a Facebook ad spy tool built specifically for Meta advertising platforms. It collects, indexes, and organises ads running across Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Audience Network, and Messenger.

Media buyers, affiliate marketers, dropshippers, and ad agencies use it to spy on competitor ads, study winning creatives, and find profitable campaigns before they become saturated.

Think of it as a search engine, but for Facebook advertising creatives. You type in a keyword, set your filters, and Tyver shows you every ad running with those parameters.

It goes way beyond what Facebook Ads Library offers. You get performance data, active days, audience demographics, and reach estimates. So you know if an ad is a quick test or a money printer running at full scale.

We have been using ad spy tools for years at AffNinja. Tools like AdSpy, BigSpy, PowerAdSpy, and Anstrex are all in our toolkit. But Tyver caught our attention because of its massive database, fast updates, and a filter that none of the other tools offer. More on that shortly.

Tyver Database Coverage

One thing that blew us away was the size of Tyver's ad database. We are talking about 91% of all Facebook ads being captured and stored.

Every single day, over 2 million fresh creatives get added. That means if someone launched a new ad yesterday, there is a very strong chance it is already in Tyver today.

The database covers 100+ countries and keeps growing. So if you run campaigns in Tier 1 geos like the US, UK, Canada, and Australia, or Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets across Europe, Asia, and Latin America, Tyver has you sorted.

Here is a quick snapshot of what the database covers across popular verticals.

VerticalAvailability
Gambling 🎰Full coverage with dedicated filter
Nutra πŸ’ŠAvailable via keyword search
Dropshipping & CoD πŸ“¦Available with e-com platform filter
E-commerce πŸ›’Shopify, WooCommerce and more
Sweepstakes 🎁Available via keyword search
Mobile Apps πŸ“±App Store and Play Store filters

Freshness matters in affiliate marketing because winning ads have short lifespans. If your spy tool is showing stale data, you are already behind. Tyver updates daily and that makes a massive difference.

Tyver Filters and Search Options πŸ”

Filters are where Tyver really flexes. It has 20+ advanced filters that let you narrow down ads with surgical precision. We spent a lot of time testing each one. Here is a rundown of what you get.

  • Keyword and Phrase Search lets you find ads based on text in the ad copy. You can run a broad search or an exact match search. Broad search finds ads containing your keywords in any order. Exact search matches your phrase word for word. We used exact search a lot when hunting for specific offer names.
  • GEO Filter lets you pick countries or entire continents. Over 100 countries are available. If a country you need is missing, Tyver's support team asks you to request it so they can prioritise.
  • Date of Creation and Activity Period filters are gold for finding winning Facebook ads. We set a minimum of 7 active days when we wanted to find ads with proven performance. If an ad is still running after a week, someone is spending real money on it.
  • Ad Format filter lets you pick between carousel ads, image ads, and video ads. We mostly filtered for video since video creatives tend to perform better in most verticals we run.
  • CTA Button filter shows ads with specific call to action buttons like Buy Now, Learn More, Download, Install App, and more.
  • Placement Filter narrows results to specific Meta placements including Facebook Feed, Instagram Stories, Audience Network, Messenger, Threads, and even Whatsapp.

Our Favourite Filter ⭐

Now here is the one that made us sit up. Tyver has an “In Link” filter that lets you search based on text inside the ad's destination URL. So you can enter a UTM tag, a tracking pixel ID, or any URL parameter, and Tyver will find every single ad using that tag.

Why does that matter? Because in affiliate marketing, most media buyers use unique UTM tags or pixel IDs across campaigns.

If you find one winning ad from a competitor and grab a pixel ID from the URL, you can plug it into Tyver and see every other ad that competitor is running. That is next level competitive intelligence and no other Facebook ad spy tool we have tested offers it.

EU Demographic Filters

For ads running in European Union countries, Tyver gives you extra demographic data. You can filter by gender, age range, and ad reach. We ran a test filtering for nutra ads targeting women aged 35 to 55 in Germany.

Results were incredibly specific and useful. You could see exactly who advertisers were targeting.

Unfortunately, demographic data is only available for EU geos right now. We hope Tyver expands it globally soon. It would be a game changer.

Here is a quick look at all available filter categories.

Key Features We Loved ❀️

Similar Ads Search

You find one great ad? Click on similar ads by Fan Page, domain, or IP. Tyver instantly shows you everything else that advertiser runs.

We used it to map out entire creative funnels and spot patterns across campaigns. Gold for any media buyer doing deep research.

We found one gambling creative in Romania, clicked on similar ads by domain, and uncovered 200+ related creatives running across 5 different Fan Pages.

All tied to a single advertiser. Without Tyver, finding those connections would have taken days of manual digging.

Built-In Ad Translation

Running campaigns across different GEOs means dealing with multiple languages. Tyver lets you translate ad copy with a single click. No more copy-pasting into Google Translate. A small feature that saves big time when scanning ads from Tier 2 and Tier 3 countries.

We used it heavily when researching Portuguese and Spanish language nutra ads. One click and we could read everything in English. Fast and accurate enough for research purposes.

Media Processing and Uniquification

Found a creative you love? Tyver can generate up to 10 slightly unique versions of any image or video using cropping, rotation, and brightness adjustments . Perfect for creating variations before running split tests.

Options available for media processing include slight rotation, image cropping, brightness adjustments, and contrast tweaks. Processed media stays available for one month in your Media Manager, so download quickly after generating.

There is also an AI Upscaling feature currently under development that will adjust image and video resolution automatically.

Hidden Fan Pages and Advertiser Tracking

Tyver lets you see hidden fan pages behind ads. You can also open an entire ad library for any specific advertiser.

Click the arrow button on any ad and Tyver opens all creatives from that page in a new tab. Extremely useful for tracking what a specific competitor does over time.

You can also block Fan Pages you do not care about. Over time, blocking irrelevant pages cleans up your search results and saves your monthly ad view credits.

One-Click Downloads and Copy

Every image and video can be downloaded directly from Tyver . Ad copy can be copied in a single click. Carousel ads even have a bulk download option for all media at once. No screenshots needed. No third-party tools. Just click and save.

We downloaded over 300 creatives during our 8-week test. Videos, images, carousels. Everything worked without issues. Downloads are fast and file quality stays high.

Favourites and Folder Organisation

We saved a lot of ads during our testing. Tyver lets you create unlimited folders and save any ad to a folder. You can organise by vertical, GEO, offer name, creative angle, or anything else that fits your workflow.

What we really liked is that folders can be shared via a link. Your teammates or designers do not even need a Tyver account to view saved ads. Just send the link and they can see everything. For agencies and media buying teams, that is a huge convenience.

Over time, your saved folders become a swipe file of proven creatives. We built separate folders for nutra angles, gambling hooks, and e-commerce product ads. Having everything organised in one place saved us hours during campaign launches.

Team Management Features

Tyver's Team plan lets you add multiple users and control access. You can set viewing limits per team member with three modes.

Strict mode sets a hard cap. Once a user hits the limit, they cannot view more ads until the next billing cycle. Soft mode sends a warning when the limit is reached but still allows viewing. No limit mode shares the entire team pool across all members.

We tested soft mode during our trial. It worked well because it kept everyone aware of usage without blocking anyone from working.

You can also remove team members without resetting passwords. Clean and simple account management for agencies.

Tyver Favourites and Folder Organisation

Getting started with Tyver is simple. Here is a step-by-step guide to running your first ad spy search.

  • Step 1: Head to tyver.io and create a free account. You can start with the free plan to test the interface.
  • Step 2: Once logged in, you land on the main dashboard. The top section shows all filters. The bottom section displays ad results. You will see all available in the last 30 days.
  • Step 3: Enter a keyword related to your niche in the search bar. Choose between broad or exact match. For example, type “weight loss” if you are researching nutra offers.
  • Step 4: Set your GEO filter to target specific countries. Add a date range and minimum activity days to find ads with proven performance.
  • Step 5: Click on any ad to open the detail panel. Study the ad copy, creative, target link, active dates, and related ads.
  • Step 6: Save winning ads to folders. Organise by vertical, GEO, or campaign angle. Share folders with your team using a link.
  • Step 7: Translate foreign ad copy with one click. Download creatives directly. Use media processing to generate unique variations.

That is it. Seven steps and you are running competitive ad research like a pro.

Tyver wins on database freshness, filter depth, and unique features like “In Link” search and EU demographic data.

Where it falls short is multi-platform coverage. If you need to spy on TikTok or Google ads, you will need a separate tool.

But for Facebook ad intelligence specifically, Tyver is hard to beat at its price point.

Ninja Verdict on Tyver

Tyver scores 8.9 out of 10 on our Ninja Scorecard and earns a strong recommendation for anyone running Meta ads.

With 91%+ ad coverage, 2 million+ daily creatives across 100+ countries, it delivers serious value at $79 per month.
